All of our products are handmade to order so all sales are final.
We will only replace an item if it is damaged or defective. If an exchange is needed, please send us an email at email@example.com.
If you did not purchase the item(s) and it was noted to be a gift at checkout, then you will receive a credit for the value of the damaged item(s) that you exchange.
If the item(s) was not marked as a gift nor sent directly to you by the gift giver at the time of purchase, the refund will be sent to the gift giver for the value of your item(s) being exchanged.
